All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic shipping (within the United States): Estimated delivery time is 3-8 business days after processing.
  • International shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-20 business days after processing, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kivevora is not liable for any stolen or lost packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.
